Howto find service contr. with non-created service Inv.line

Hello,
Iam beginner in C/AL. I want to create report, which can find service contract with non-added service invoice line. But I dont know, how to write a permision to find just service contract, which isnt connected with field in service invoice line table. Can you please help me with this problem?

Do you mean you want to know which service contracts you still have to invoice?
That should be possible with a standard report.
