FEFO Lot Selection

Hi

We are using NAV 2013 R2.

We are using Lot Number Tracking, and WMS.

We have marked the location as FEFO.

However when we Create Pick, the system will select a Lot in Bulk Zone, not in the Pick Face. It is choosing the First Expiring Lot, but it is choosing it from the wrong Zone

We have checked the Help, and our setup is correct. It should only Lots in Bins with Type Pick, but is choosing a Bin with Type Putaway

Has anyone had experience of FEFO not working correctly

Any help would be much appreciated
