Nav2013R2 Debugger problems: Step into doesn't works

Strange problem....I'm trying to debug in Nav2013R2 (build 37221). I can create a breakpoint in the code and the debuggers stops at this breakpoint. So far so good...But when I now tries to step into the code (F11 or via the action-item) NOTHING happens! I have previously debugged the same database without any problems...
