NAV2009R2 3-TIER on separate servers

Hi

I have followed all instructions for setting up a webservice with tiers on separate Machines, but I fail. SQL server log shows:
"Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. Reason: Token-based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error".

As you can see, 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON' is being used instead of bedege_konsult1 (see attached documentation). I believe it has to do with Delegation, but I can't find the problem.

check the event log when you start the service tier. Is there any error?
