Importing NAV 2013 R2 CU 9: Dept - MBS menusuite permission

Hi,

I am trying to import the NAV 2013 R2 CU9 text objects (URObjects.NA.37221.txt) and getting an error:

You do not have permission to modify the 'Dept - MBS' MenuSuite.

This is the unmodified update file (I have yet to do my merges). However, using the FOB file does not produce this error. I need the text version to work though because I need to do merging even though I am not touching this particular object in my merge.

You can import the FOB and delete the object from txt import.

It seems for some reason the modified flag was set in the text version.
