Nav 2013 R2 Reverse function error

Hello All,
I want to reverse some transaction. But it is getting below error. I`ve checked all associated entries and all setup. there is no any associated entries. but still getting below error. I didnt find any hotfix and solution.
I tried it on
- standard database/Cronus/ of NAV 2013 R2 -Not working
- standard database/Cronus/ of NAV2009 R2 - working fine.
So I compared "Reversal Entry Table"/179/ between 2009R2 and 2013 R2. And merged then it is working fine. Why it happened? Has any solution everybody?

Don't know for sure if it could be a bug from the version of R2 you are using, but to skip that trace, what build are you using?

I`m using (7.10.36703) build. I know that it has risk using merged version. But I dont have any choice. Please advice to me.

The best advice I can give you is to check the CU versions and see if there is any of them that corrects your problem, if so you can apply that version.

But if nothing changes I think it's best to keep the one you have.

Still after you check the CU you could also report that issue to Microsoft so that they can check the problem.
