A specific job getting stuck and blocking all other jobs

Dear All,

I have a specific job which has as functionality to post orders and invoices which keeps getting stuck in Job Queue Log Entries with no end time. This job is also blocking other jobs from processing.

There are a lot of pending documents to be processed by this job in Job Queue Entries and the only solution we see is NAS restart.
NAS restart is working for a few documents before getting stuck again with the same job.

We do not understand the issue and this is very urgent.
