RDLC: Set fix page position in the tablix footer possible?

Hi nav developers!
Is it possible with a property or an other setting, that the Tablix-Footer start everytime on a fix position?
Ex: The Footer start 10 cm end of the page.

The content might not be using all that area but you have to "ocupy it" so that the rendering will understand were the footer will start
