Post and Print

We are having a printing issue in the U.S. When the sales office posts and prints an invoice the system is giving them the following error:
THE SERVER ‘NET.TCP//WORKS-NAV01:7046/DYNAMICSNAV70/SERVICE” IS EITHER UNAVAILABLE OR YOUR CONNECTION HAS BEEN LOST. DO YOU WANT TO ATTEMPT TO RECONNECT?”

The invoice prints then the following error generates:

THE SESSION COULD NOT BE RETRIEVED FROM THE SERVER. THE APPLICATION WILL CLOSE.
The invoice prints but we are booted out of Navision. The user then needs to log back in to continue processing.
Is there a solution for this behavior?
