Debugging Issue in NAV 2013 R2

Dear Sir,

Debugging stucks after getting the below error message.


What is the reason behind it ?
Kindly inform.

When I try to debugg next time the the Debug button is found disabled in the Session List Screen.
It's not possible to me to debugg next time without restart the NAV Service. ](*,)

Kindly help.
