.net component not supported on webclient

Hi All,

I want to create new directory at shared path from web client, is it possible to do?
I have tried to create it with .net component directory helper, I worked fine with windows client, but it doesn't worked with web client.

uhm... webclient = web = browser = any browser = any device = no .net framework
