TextEditor for NAV 2013 R2

Hey,
I'm looking for a TextEditor for NAV 2013 R2.
I should work like TextFin or Waldo.
For example: I want a button on the Page "Service Comment Sheet". When I click on this button, a Texteditor opens and I can type a long text in.
Now I click OK and the Editor close and writes the text into the lines on the Page.
Someone have an idea?
