Keep loging in with incorrect user account NAV 2013

Hello All,

I have setup a new a user on NAV 2013. The user is logged into windows with her own login. However, when logged into NAV 2013, at the bottom its show as logged in as administrator?

The user is not using remote session or citrix etc. the nav client is installed on local PC.

any idea how is resolve?

    Try assigning different roles to the local user and the Admin, and try if the Permissions of the admin actually are taken.

    Also try deleting the local ClientUserSettings.config. The described behaviour shouldn't occur at all anyway.
    This is just a very wild guess, but it wont hurt anyway.

    Could it be that you have some stored credentials in the Local Machine's Credential Manager for Administrator Account to access your NAV Server Host Machine?

    Please make a screenshot of users page and user card. We need to verify what accounts are set in user security.
