Dynamics ERP Payment Services Connection Setup Problem

Good Morning,

I am working on a project for an american company which has server and parent company based in the uk. We have set up the customer on www.dyanmicsonline.com with the payment service and they have activated it. When we click on "Manage Account" on the Microsoft Dynamics ERP Payment Services Connection Setup page in NAV (2013R2) it opens the relevant dynamicsonline.com page and says that there is a service that is available to be linked. I click Link Account and Nothing happens.......

The web page does seem to get very slow when the states wake up (it was terrible Friday PM GMT), but this morning the site seems to be quick but the accounts dont seem to want to link.

Has anyone else had any experience with the payment services in NAV and can point me in the right direction of how to get the service linked to the database..
