error ending date when import consolidation database

Dear All

I got this error message when import database from business unit (NAV 2009 R2) :

" The Ending Date 01/31/14 of Business Unit A, is not the Ending Date of the fiscal year of company A"

I want to consolidate 2 company within the same database, both of them using LCY.
here is the step:
1. I made a new company : " Consolidated Company", and 2 business unit with starting date 1/1/14, ending date 1/31/14
2. Open company A, and run "Export Consolidation"
3. Open Consolidated company, choose business unit A and import database. in the import consolidation from DB window , fill in starting date: 1/1/14, Ending Date: 1/31/14.

Did I missed any setup? Please help, any suggestion would be very helpful for me. thank you
