NAV and SharePoint Online integration

hi friends,

I am working on a project which will do an integration between SharePoint online and Nav 2013 R2.

So the case is,

There is this excel file, lets call it Requisition.csv.
This file need to be approved in SharePoint.
Once it get approved, the data in the Requisition.csv need to be inserted in NAV Requisition worksheet.

What is the best way to do this ?

n.b : We don't want to send it line by line to nav web service since it can be more than hundreds line.
