Navision as Internet Facing Deployment

Hello Experts,
I have 2 queries about which I want to be sure enough.
1) NAV can be deployed as Internet Facing. Can it be? (I think, web client can be configured to be accessible through outside of LAN)
2) If we apply IFD in NAV, then what are the licensing changes and costs applicable ?
Please, let me know.
Thanks.

1) you can access all NAV services from the Internet if deployed that way with a certificate. The Web Client should also be deployed with https.
I am for example using http://www.geotrust.com/ssl/ssl-certificates-premium/
2) The license model does not change, you still need license for every concurrent connection.________________________________

A Web Client user can be configured as a "Full" or "Limited" user. Just like RTC. It will then consume the appropriate license when connected.
Keep in mind that not all RTC features are supported on the Web Client. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library ... 9(v=nav.70).aspxThere are no bugs - only undocumented features.0
