Everything is possible, but it is not in standard. Of course you can integrate your fingerprint reading software to NAV, but where is the point? When user logged in it is already identified, so why you need to identify him again?

No, never had done it before. I think the starting point is to find an fingerprint software vendor, who can deliver not only application, but also .NET assembly or automation, which you then can built in into nav page/form/codeunit or whatever where you need it.
