Classic client stores junk if input in other language

In NAV 2009 R2, if the input keyboard is in arabic RTC shows in arabic language (Image: RTC) but while opening the record from Classic client, the field value shows as junk (Image: Classic).
How to rectify the problem? Thanks in advance.

Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Tab Administrative -> Change system locale
Change value to Arabic (Saudi Arabia)
