Hello all,

I am paying for "Microsoft Dynamics Nav Business Ready 2009 Business Ready Enhancement Plan" for years. I suppose this plan should allow me to download the latest Nav version and use it? But I cannot find any link to download it in CustomerSource. It always shows page not found!! Do I misunderstand the right of my plan? If I cannot download or use the latest version, what the purpose of money I paid for????

Thx for your help.

If you need the latest NAV 2009 build this link is available in CustomerSource, for the latest NAV 2013 R2 cumulative update refer to this link.

    Thx for the reply first.

Finally I found out the problem. It is the IE problem! When accessing those links (and/or some pages), it always shows "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. " .... etc. But I changed to use Chrome, everything run normally. What the joke MS given to me!

I am using IE9. But that CustomerSource does not support it??!! Lol.

And sometimes you will have to use IE instead of Chrome. For example when downloading with Microsoft File Transfer Manager.

Yup! I had already tried it. Now I use Chrome to go to the correct page (download page). It will stop download as it requires the Activex. Then I copy and paste the link to IE to download the files. ](*,)
