NAV2013R2 Trailing Blank Page when writing Report to Word

Hi all,
when I choose to save my customized Documen reports to Word I often get one trailing blank page at the end of the Report, e.g. the Word document has 5 pages but the content Ends on page 4, while page 5 only contains a page header and page footer.
The same Report when printed or saved to PDF file will not show a trailing blank page.
It seems to me like the number of pages of the Word document equals the number of pages printed or saved to PDF file.
Does anybody know what I might be missing?
