Call Dot net function or Code from navision

Hiii all experts,
Am thankful to mibuso and all of you who have been responding to my posts and viewing them..
I have 1 doubt... please help me out ;-)
My friend has written a function in dot net, it has two variables and function updates data in SQL & DB2 system,
is there any way to call that function from navision???
Examples would be a great help....
