How i Installed client in a system

Hi....there,
If my system in a domain and i'm installing nav 2013 r2 developer in a system.after installation of developer i'm installing Nav 2013 r2 client in another system..after installation of client in a system i give ip of that system where we can installed developer and database..
when i open the client it ask for permission.......what the next process.
i'm creating new user in Nav or Database?
Give full solution process to installed client ?
plz help...........
