Database Conversion Error, while trying to access Database!

I'm getting the following error when trying to access the database. Could any advice me what to do? Should I have to discuss with Administrator. Is it due to right Permission Problem. Please Advice.

"The database on the server must be converted before you can use it with this version of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment.

The database conversion cannot continue because there are other SQL Server sessions using the database.

Close all other sessions and then try again."

You are trying to connect with a wrong Client.

Like your database is in NAV5 version but you are trying to open it with higher version than NAV5.
If you convert it then you cannot reopen it with NAV5 version where other users will face problem later.

Please talk to administrator about the client version and build etc. and try to connect with same client version.
