Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows Client can’t make AJAX call to Azure hosted Web API from HTML5 Control Add-in.
The same NAV Page works just fine in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web Client.
Debugging information from the two Clients with JavaScript from MS:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms537509(v=vs.85).aspx
Windows Client: IE v.7
and
Web Client: IE v.11 (installed version on my pc)
It seem like that the MS Dynamics NAV Windows Client embeds and old version of IE and therefor no support for HTML5 and AJAX?

Fiddler traffic debugger captures no traffic at all when calling the Web API from Windows Client Control Add-in.0
