Batch name disappear when user add column in journal

The client is using NAV 2013 R2 version 7.10.36078 and when the user add any column, the batch name option will disappear. Have anyone encounter similar issue.

Hi,
our client is using 36078 instead of 36281 and still having this issue.
Does the problem appear on other journal-pages?

Yes, we did some customization on that page and batch name issue also occurs on other journals. Right now what we can do is basically delete the line at "delete user personalisation" or customize the object to make the column visible but the batch name will still disappear if any of the users add any columns.
