interesting question. I tried to setup this quite a few month ago with no luck at all. During a session at Microsoft regarding AZURE topics I talked about it with Jasminka Thunes and Gerard Conroy (the guys from the "how do I videos") about this. Jasminka send over this link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj853146%28v=nav.70%29.aspx and told me that she has updated this topic on the msdn. Due to my thight schedule I wasn't able to try this until today. Perhaps it helps. Think I'll be able to try this after my vacation.
