How can we automate Navision Backup and attach to Scheduler

Hi Friends ,

We are having SQL 2000 as Navision Database. I am already using SQL backup scheduler to take SQL Backup. But Navision Codes, Forms, Reports won't come in this backup. (If you take manual Backup everything comes in Backup)

I read lots about HOTCOPY but that will only work with Navision Database Server (Navision owned Database) and not with SQL.

So I wanted to know whether, is there any way by which we can take automatic Backup of Navision and put in Window Scheduler.

Actually, when you take a SQL Backup, all object do come in the backup, because the definition of the objects (forms, reports, ...) are stored in a table (Object).

Standard SQL makes 2 DB-files : 1 for the objects of Navision and 1 for the data. Probably you backup only the file of the data.
