NAV 2013 R2 Web Service culture

I faced with problem while sending request to NAV Web Service.
When request contain a decimal value with "," decimal sign it returns an error like "The value "54.45" can't be evaluated into type Decimal."
NAV Server running under user with "," decimal sign culture.

SOAP is using XML standard for all formating. You need to use . instead , when transfering decimals. Same for date and time, you need to use XML format for them...
