Concur keeps a lot of information, and some of the fields returned can be customized for each client.
I worked with the text files they returned every night.
If this is what you are getting you have to map the Concur fields to the fields you want in NAV and then create journals via xmlports to create them.
Concur probably offers different options depending on service level and size of customer.
