This is a pet peeve of mine, and a helpful tip to those people that use the word (non-word actually) "upgradation". This is not a word in the English language. Please stop using it so it can die a quick death. It drives me nuts.

Although Microsoft uses "upgrade", I think the SAP term "migration" may be preferable. "Upgrade" sounds like "improving". "Migration" sounds like you are in a new, unknown place, a bit lost and confused, and it is not easy to adapt. Well, that is just more realistic?
