NAV instance stops after server installs updates

I a facing a problem with a server running a NAV 2013 database.
Whenever the server has installed updates and reboots (if no users is using it at that time) the NAV instance stops when the server goes online again.
After the reboot when trying to run NAV I get the following error;
"There are no NAV Server instances available for this database. You must ensure that a NAV Server instance is running and is configured to use the database before you perform this activity."
The problem seems only to appear when the server has rebooted. However when the instance is manually started, it works perfectly.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

I've seen this happen on a couple of servers. Setting the Startup Type for the NAV service to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" seems to make it wait just long enough so that it comes up successfully when an automatic reboot has occurred.
