NAV 2013 Web Client Note Factbox will not show

Hi
We are getting ready to go live with NAV for the first time and need to get have the Notes factbox show in the web client. I have tried configuring different pages in the RTC client for them to show in the Web Client, but it still does not show. Microsoft's notes on the Web Client indicates that it should be available, but, it does not seem to be working for me. (With my luck, I may be not have been pushing the keys hard enough). We are trying to avoid having to install the RTC on every user's desktop and we will have a few users that need to hit our system from the outside. Any suggestions?
