I am using NAV 2013 R2 Build 36366 in Windows 2012 and IE 10.
When I open Item Card and press F1 in No. field, the help can be opened but there is no description. Please look at the attachment.
How to solve this issue? Please help. Thank you.

Finally, my friend had found the cause of this issue. This issue is happen because my server name is not recognize. So, the solution is change "HelpServer" key in "ClientUserSettings.config" to localhost.
