NAV Three Tier
How can NAV 2013 work on smartphones.
Web client is working fine other systems if I am access on mobile then gives the error
401-Unauthorised:Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

Hi Sunil,
I guess the web client is working fine in all machines which are in the domain.
Your mobile is not in domain so its giving you error message.
As per my understanding you are using windows as the Credential type in service tier.
For Using the same on Mobile / PDA devices you should use Nav User Password Credential.

I guess the web client is working fine in all machines which are in the domain.
