Hi,

When I open the Web Client in my machine and other machine is perfectly open but same url open on Mobile(I-pad,Android etc) its not open
shows the error
Error message 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied

By default the client is using windows authentication. Because the mobile device is not in the domain (I expect), there could be problem with authentication. Try to use another authentication method on the NAV Service Tier used for the webclient and in the webclient.

Hi Sunil,

If you want to run the web client form Mobile / PDA Device you can use NAVUser Password Authentication.

IF you want to use the web client outside Domain then configure same at Public IP Server otherwise in the domain.
