NAV 2009 - Light user configuration

How do we configure a particular user as a light user in NAV 2009.
Like how we have an option to mention a particular user as a limited user or full user in NAV 2013, do we also have a similar option for light users in NAV 2009. :-k :-k
I would be glad if I can get a document which explains this.

No, there is no such a way. Light user in NAV 2009 is "just" paper license you need to be able to connect the users from outside NAV.
