Is it possible to hide menu button - HOME? I mean this button above "Posted documents" and "Departments". If yes, is it possible to show and hide it dynamically? I mean one user can see it and another can't.

It has no sense to do that. Crete separate profiles with different rolecenters for each user to give them only what they need. It is why the client is "role tailored".0
