Restore issue

Hi everybody
i need to create a test company for a customer, so i followed the usual "backup company - rename company - restore" cycle (using native NAV backup/restore in a 2009R2 classic environment with SQL Server 2008). It always worked even at that very customer.
This time i get a "(companyname) already exist" error, although company (companyname) no longer exists in the DB when i try to restore. I did not backup common data or objects, just the selected company.
Only thing i noticed is that the db has grown a little bigger and now the fbk file is splitted into two, a 2GB file and a smaller one. Last time i performed these operations the fbk was a single file. May be that is the matter? And what should i do in this case?
Thanks in advance
Gianni
