Hi
I have a customer on NAV2013 R2 using a webclient on the Internet Explorer. Their laptops have issue Send to pdf from the Reports. The users click the Send to PDF button. Then they click the standard Internet Explorer button to allow pops up. Then nothing. There is no option to allow them to save or open to pdf.
This quite strange as I do not have the same problem on my laptop or on their servers.
Does anyone have any clue as to the problem or have encountered the same issue?
Thank you,

So I guess you have to wait for Microsoft to add that functionality.

Sorry but that is not likely to be the issue because it is fine on my laptop and their server.
But thanks for the tip on Report Distribution Management Codeunit. At least that is a point that I can start with.
Thank you,
We can use send-to pdf at Web Client. How is IE setting? Is it allow download file? And how is other browser?

>>How is IE setting?
Looks similar to mine but I have no problem with my IE.
>>Is it allow download file?
I will check but I don't think this is the cause. If I set my IE to disallow file download, I get a warning message. The users could not even see a pop up of any kind. But I will check the browser setting again.
>>And how is other browser?
Their other browser is Safari which I have even less knowledge about. I can't ask to switch browser (Eg. Chrome) as their IT staff is on leave at the moment.
Thanks
I now have an idea what is wrong. When the report is saving to a new file from the webclient, it opens a tab or a new browser screen. If this browser tab or screen is closed, the user will never get to the pop that gives the option to save or open the file. The new tab or session is quick to disappear so it appeared that nothing is happening.
My hunch is that there is either an ad blocker or antivirus incorrectly blocking the webclient page. Now to try disabling all background programs and/or start in safemode to find out the issue.
Thank you,
