Question about limited NAV licence

Hi all,

I wan to ask if it is possible to process approval request using limited NAV licence having in mind that write access is restricted to 3 tables only? :oops:

    Because limited NAV licence restricts the user to post only in 3 tables and I am not sure in how many tables approving/rejecting/delegating approval requests can make/change records.

    A user which only approve/reject/delegate approval requests and the rest of his activities are related only with reading data should get Limited NAV linence or Fill NAV Licence?

    That should work. Approval Entry and Approval comment line are probably the only tables need to be modified.
    Best is off course to test this on the latest hotfix for NAV2013R2 with a limited user.

    How would you test it without buying it? Or buy something with the danger that it does not work for you?

    You can test with demo-license.

    A customer of mine bought it for modifying the job and opportunity table. And that works.
