Updating objects in NAV2009SP1

Hi all

Have a weird problem. Trying to update som revised objects in a customer database (native), but it stops - simply stops with no error messages at all. Then copied customers database to my local PC and here the updates just slipped in like a ......
Have visited a billion websites trying to find out what is happening, but without result. Anyone have an idea?

    Are you using the same Build No. as your customer?

    Have you tried to use SQL Profiler to catch what it is doing on SQL?

    Sorry, overlooked that. Are you using the newest build? Some old version could have problems...

    No. not the latest, but the srange thing is that customer and I have the same build and a copy (not a backup) Works fine on my local machine, but not on his.
    He is using Win7 and I Win8.1, but do not think it has anything to do with it.
