NAV 2009 R2 - Print report crashes RTC (one time)

Hi all,

this is very weird to me:
Our customer works with NAV 2009 R2 on a terminal server. Some users can crash the RTC with the attempt to print (connection lost after hitting "Print" in request page) - others print the same reports without problem.

What we already have done:
- use another printer
- gave user local Admin rights
- assigned NAV SUPER rights to the user

--> but nothing changed!

If the same user restarts the RTC he is able to print the Report. If he Ends and restarts his terminal server session the RTC crashes again....

Every hint / Suggestion would be highly appreciated

Build is 35609 (if i remember right)

    Today we found out what needs to be done to crash the client (unfortunately not why) - and a workaround for this.

    What leads to the crash:
    - Preselect a printer for an user and a report in "Printer Selection". Must be the same as the Windows default printer of that user.
    - User prints this report.
    - User prints another report (with no entry in "Printer Selection") --> RTC crashes

    This happens only in the customers domain...

    Workaround: Insert an entry in "Printer Selection" for the user und report 0 with his Windows default printer.

    The RTC didn't crash any longer if the user follows the steps described.
