Error in Table while upgrading from 2009R2 to 2013R2

I am upgrading the solution from 2009R2 to 2013 R2. I have compared the tables but in cust. ledger entry and vendor ledger entry i am getting an error :
"The table definition is invalid and cannot be validated."
Anybody knows about this error then Kindly reply on this.
