Can not run any object from 2013 r2 dev. env.

Hi experts,
I am not able to run any object from developing environment in 2013 r2.I dont get any errors.I get this message(please find attachments).After showing this message it's look like it try to run in 2013 RTC instead of 2013 R2.

any help would greatly appreciated.

Run Registry Editor
and Check path
HKey_Classes_Root\DynamicsNAV\Shell\Open\Command

It should point to NAV2013R2 Path
