Printer Queue

Hi Mibuso.Com 
When am online remotely its great to be able to print locally but when the printer is offline the print queue stacks up. When I print a NAV document a few days later, I've forgotten that there is previous prints awaiting in the job queue and get all those prints first before my recent print! Other than checking the Print Queue is the a way in NAV to warn of pending prints in the printer queue?
