Experiencing a weird issue, once a user customize

Item Journalpage
Batch Namedisappears. Even after restoring defaults the batch name won't come back. I've tested this with 3 different users, same problem. Anyone experiencing such a problem. The only way I've been able to restore is to manually remove all customizations for the page from all related tables.

Few years ago we were not existing and few years to come we would be in the grave! So what will benefit us in the grave?
