Hello;
how i can manage the follow situation:
Item X is formed by Item1(Qte=7)+Item2(Qte=5).
please i need to know how i can get item X in stock using item1 and item2?

Sounds to me like you should either used the manufacturing functionality or the assembly/kitting/standard BOMs. Assembly = 2013 version, kitting = older versions for some countries, standard BOMs = older versions for other countries.
