Errors in text conversion (text no. 1969-0 does not exist)

There are errors in the text conversion because text no. 1969-0 does not exist in the .stx file.
Internal error: 47-1

This error appears in NAV (2009 R2 Native), when we try to start a backup.

Any idea why? And how to solve it?

This mostly happens when the stx files are of another version than the executables. I assume that your installation was based on 2009 or 2009 SP1 and you did a technical upgrade to R2 afterwards. Have you applied the language pack update in one of the late builds of SP1?
