Automating FTP transfers in passive mode

We have a process that is creating a batch file that sends files through FTP using the windows command prompt and FTP commands.
This has been working fine until recently.

The server where the files are sent now requires that we use passive mode.
QUOTE PASV doesn't work properly with the Windows command prompts. The server receives the passive mode command, but locally, you stay in passive mode and the transfer never starts.

It is working fine if we are transferring the file manually with filezilla, but we would like to keep that task automated like it was before
Is there another way, within Navision, to automate ftp file transfers in passive mode?
Any input would be appreciated.

Try NCFTP instead. I have experienced the same problem, and the windows ftp client is no good when both client and server run PASSIVE.

Did you try the NAV FTP client? From version 1.1 it has support for passive mode.
